Practical Ethics In-House for Today's CPAs:

This course is custom-designed to meet your firm needs and your State Board of Accountancy's ethical training requirements. Our experienced team will lead this engaging, dynamic course by presenting various ethical theories and their practical applications. This makes the training an interesting, interactive, useful experience that you and your team will rely on in the future to critique the various ethical decisions you face in your day-to-day practice.

Using case studies and real-world examples, we’ll cover contemporary accounting and business ethics, suggested methods for approaching ethical dilemmas - including application of AICPA ethical pronouncements and rulings - and PCAOB guidance. Ensure your team’s compliance today; you will be glad you did it with us!

Sexual Harassment Prevention In-House Training:

California employers of 50 or more employees, including those outside California, are required to provide supervisors within the state of California with two hours of sexual harassment training every two years. Training must include a component on the prevention of abusive conduct. All California employers have an affirmative duty to take reasonable steps to prevent harassment in the workplace and to promptly correct harassment if it does occur.

So you say you provide on-line training to simplify the process and cost. Is that really working? Are employees getting the most out of the training or even paying attention? Our custom-designed on-site training not only satisfies the employer’s legal obligations, but provides an informative, interactive experience that will improve morale and help employees feel more confident and knowledgeable, thus reducing your risk. Take the right steps with this invaluable program.
